Our Purpose

The purpose of St. Matthew Family Ministries is to glorify God by raising children who will influence generations for Jesus Christ.

We will do this by partnering with families to intentionally encourage and equip our children to have an authentic and sustainable faith.

What is Family Ministries?

Family Ministries is the umbrella for ministries intentionally assisting  kids to teenagers in reaching, and parents in teaching each of the 7 Legacy Milestones.  These ministries include: Pre-K, Childrens, Youth, College and Parents. We offer parent small groups, family fellowship and servant opportunities, retreats, seminars and resource materials.  Our Youth and Children’s Sunday School Classes and midweek Fuzed program use curriculum created to reinforce your teaching of the core concepts necessary for kids to navigate through the Legacy Milestones. 

We understand that parenting is one of life's greatest challenges and we know how daunting the idea of being the spiritual leader of your children sounds on top of all of your other parental responsibilities.  However, we are here to partner with you.  It is our goal to equip you to fulfill the calling of raising your children to be the faithful adults God has called them to be.  Relax….you are not alone and we are here to make it easier for you.  God believes in you and so do we. 

Whether you are anticipating the arrival of your first child, preparing your young adult for independence, or find yourself anywhere in between, the mission of the Family Ministries Team is to serve you and your family along your journey of faith.
