Bootcamp:
Monday and Thursday at 6:30pm. Intense and varied workout. Designed to handle beginners up to hardcore workout enthusiasts.
BOGA:
Meets Saturday at 8:30-9:30 Intense and varied workout. Designed as a combination of Bootcamp and Yoga.
Yoga:
Tuesdays at 8:30am in the ARC dining Hall and 6:30pm in the ARC room 220. Join our Yoga class and stretch/exercise your way to a fit body.
Fit Club:
Monday through Thursday Exercise Program, held in the ARC Dining Room at 9:30 am. Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm.
BFit:
Fitness for all homeschooled & special need children held at Noon on Tuesdays.
Open Adult Volleyball:
Tuesday night at 6:30pm and Thursday night at 7:45pm. Volleyball nets and balls are provided for Open Adult Volleyball.
Weight Watchers:
Monday nights at 4:30pm and 6:00pm in the Sanctuary area. A local chapter of Weight Watchers meets here.
Carter Blood Center:
Monday, in ARC Dining Hall, from 12:00pm to 6:00pm. Also, Huguley's Mobile Health Services Bus provides complete examinations, immunizations, and other healthcare services throughout Southeast Tarrant and Johnson counties. The Mobile Health Services Bus provides services to those unable to access healthcare due to a lack of transportation or adequate financial resources. See times and locations.
Walking Track:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00am - 9:00pm
Wed. 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday 8:00am - noon
Our walking track is open to everyone. No need to register. Bring a friend or your IPod, grab a lap counter and you are ready to walk the track. Walk 19 laps for a mile and enjoy the indoors, where the heat or cold will not deter you from your exercise routine.
